Prizes

Writing a short story is, by itself, a fulfilling experience. The completed short story is a prize, that is greatly cherished by the author. However, a contest would be incomplete if no prizes were awarded to the participants.

Therefore, in addition to the twenty best stories being published in paperback form, the following prizes will be awarded:

1) The best story will win INR 15,000/-

2) The second best story will win INR 10,000/-

3) The third best story will win INR 7,500/-

(The three stories will be finalized by the panel of jury who will also select the twenty stories to be published.)
